Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience: 5–9 years with AI Powered Tech Talent
- Minimum 1 end-to-end BY TMS implementation
- Strong functional and configuration experience across BY TMS modules (Planning, Execution, Rating, Carrier Management, Settlement, Visibility, Optimization)
- Experience in requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support
- Ability to lead small teams and manage client interactions
- Experience with BY TMS integrations is preferred
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience across multiple BY TMS modules
- Experience in BY TMS Cloud and On-Prem to Cloud migrations
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
- Experience with One Network is a strong advantage
- Blue Yonder certifications preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of transportation management systems with other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance optimization and code quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
