Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that improve accuracy and control. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing activities align with organizational goals to deliver high-quality software products. Collaboration with various teams to implement intelligent and predictive testing solutions is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software delivery pipelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new testing tools and techniques.
- Ensure alignment of testing strategies with overall project and business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure software quality.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Knowledge of scripting and programming concepts to enhance test automation frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
