Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while fostering an environment that promotes innovation, quality, and efficient delivery. The lead also monitors project progress and addresses challenges to maintain seamless execution and successful outcomes.

- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their technical skills and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical strategies with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value through technology.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and software security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
