Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing meaningful business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This process supports and enhances decision-making capabilities by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving data sets to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic business outcomes, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical approaches to address business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Experience in data modeling, data integration, and data management within cloud-based platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical modeling techniques.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in collaborating with diverse technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
