Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with container orchestration and management using Red Hat OpenShift platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline software delivery processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in distributed systems environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
