Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of the models. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards in diverse applications. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to maintain cutting-edge model capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for language models to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with business objectives and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement data preprocessing pipelines to enhance model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess and improve model performance.
- Experience in integrating language models into production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
