Summary:
Work as a hands-on Dynatrace developer and observability engineer responsible for implementing, developing, automating, and supporting enterprise observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, APIs, and distributed systems. Build advanced monitoring, analytical, incident analysis, performance optimization, and production-stability capabilities using Dynatrace, DQL, Grail, APIs, OpenPipeline, and automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement Dynatrace onboarding for applications, infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
2. Develop advanced DQL queries, Dynatrace dashboards, SLOs, alerts, monitoring views, reusable observability components, and operational reports.
3. Automate Dynatrace configuration using APIs, Terraform, scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and Configuration as Code practices.
4. Implement OneAgent, ActiveGate, OpenTelemetry, APIs, extensions, OpenPipeline telemetry ingestion, and processing solutions.
5. Develop Dynatrace-to-ServiceNow / ITSM integrations and support automated incident creation, enrichment, correlation, and tracking.
6. Perform incident investigation, technical RCA, alert-noise reduction, problem correlation, production support, performance analysis, and stabilization activities.
7. Support Dynatrace implementation activities, including requirement gathering, environment assessment, deployment planning, configuration setup, monitoring enablement, validation, and documentation.
8. Deploy and manage OneAgent across servers, containers, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud platforms using automation, scripts, deployment tools, and customer-approved operational processes.
9. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, observability standards, and participate in design discussions, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring activities.
