Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and implement necessary adjustments is an integral part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software asset management and application performance.
- Understanding of software release management processes and version control.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
