Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to achieve seamless cloud adoption and support next-generation business capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.
- Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms and understanding of private and public cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate existing systems and design migration plans.
- Ability to develop scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with application and data migration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex migration challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
