Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands a focus on establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and quality in software engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Agent Development, Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and system scalability.
- Experience with code quality assurance and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
