-Support integration between SD, LE/Shipping, and Basic TM, ensuring seamless flow from order to delivery and transportation execution.
-Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring logistics and TM-related issues and implement corrective actions.
-Assist in minor enhancements, testing, and validation of changes impacting logistics and TM processes.
-Support cutover, release, and deployment activities for TM-related changes with minimal business disruption.
-Maintain process documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles for Q2C Logistics and TM AMS support.


Professional & Technical Skills:
-Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or Information Technology.
-6-7 years of experience in SAP Q2C / Logistics, with hands-on exposure to Basic SAP TM.
-Experience working in AMS / Production Support environments with SLA-driven delivery.
-Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and transportation business processes.
-Experience supporting global logistics operations and business users.


Additional Information:
-Strong functional knowledge of Q2C logistics flow from order to delivery and transportation execution.
