Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and adaptability to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting,SAP TAX and DRC.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet diverse business needs.
- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions to ensure organizations meet local and global tax regulations, including e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, VAT/GST returns, and digital tax compliance.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
