Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align technical efforts with organizational goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and their implementation within SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other modules or external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
