Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring that project frameworks are effectively applied. The role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to carefully balance project scope and mitigate risks. Throughout the day, the focus remains on maintaining high standards of service quality while managing costs to support the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles related to agentic artificial intelligence.
- Experience in managing complex technology delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with large-scale technology projects.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
- Competence in monitoring service quality and cost management to optimize project outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
