Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage cloud technologies for enhanced operational capabilities and future growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on migration objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices related to cloud migration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts including private and public cloud environments.
- Experience with designing scalable and high-performance cloud architectures.
- Ability to analyze existing infrastructure and recommend appropriate migration strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex cloud migration projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
