Summary:
As a ServiceNow Developer, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while also focusing on scalability and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves steering teams toward successful project outcomes and maintaining a high level of technical excellence throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistent quality.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, ServiceNow Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality assurance and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
