Summary:
A Network Scrum Master drives Agile delivery across Network, Security, DNS/DDI and Infrastructure teams by facilitating sprint execution, removing impediments, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of operational and transformation objectives while maintaining governance, transparency, and continuous improvement.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive delivery of Network, Security, DNS/DDI, Voice, and Infrastructure initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Remove impediments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Principal Engineers, SREs, and Service Engineers to prioritize work.
- Ensure timely delivery of operational, project, and transformation objectives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting.
- Support backlog refinement, user story definition, and sprint prioritization.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile standards, governance, compliance, and organizational processes.
- Coordinate release planning, change management, and deployment activities.
- Monitor team performance metrics and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
