Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering collaboration among team members to deliver robust and efficient software solutions aligned with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the continuous improvement of development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of legacy system integration and migration strategies.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project deliveries.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
