Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The day includes ensuring that projects are progressing according to schedule, maintaining quality standards, and managing costs effectively. Additionally, the role involves organizing resources and collaborating with multiple teams to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.
- Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience in managing technical content related to manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project coordination.
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce cohesive technical publications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.
- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
