Summary:
Lead automation architecture and delivery at scale. Handson lead who can Architect and build enterprise-grade automation solutions and meet value realization targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and grow teams of automation engineers
2. Define automation strategy, roadmap and standards
3. Oversee delivery of large-scale automation platforms
4. Ensure KPIs, quality and value targets are met

Professional & Technical Skills:

1. GenAI / Agentic AI at scale
2. Architecture and assessment of Advanced monitoring and AIOps.
3. Expert in Python Enterprise automation architecture AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid cloud Observability, SRE and DevOps
4. People and program management

Additional Information:

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
