Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), React.js.
- Strong experience in software design principles and application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
- Knowledge of integrating applications with various data sources and APIs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
