Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client needs, write and test code to ensure quality and performance, and continuously improve existing software through maintenance and enhancements. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple client requirements are integral parts of the role, ensuring that software solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of deployment automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within containerized environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
