Summary: AI Powered Tech Talent

AI Solution Architect / Application Lead to architect and deliver AI-native Oracle solutions—building and running bespoke AI apps/agents on OCI that are tailored to customer data and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions that augment Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.
- Implement RAG/agent patterns end-to-end: ingestion chunking/embeddings vector search re-rank grounded generation with citations.
- Define evaluation and quality gates (grounding checks, regression tests, red-team prompts) and integrate into CI/CD before go-live.
- Engineer secure-by-design deployments: OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging for production readiness.
- Operate AI in production: SLOs, monitoring (latency, errors, token/cost), incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.

Professional & Technical skills:
- OCI Generative AI / Data Science foundations vector databases & embeddings
- Oracle data integration and governance (PII classification, access control, lineage)
- Strong engineering in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) domain to ground AI outputs in Oracle process/data context
- LLMOps: prompt/version control, eval harness, monitoring, FinOps cost controls

Additional information: Experience aligned to level level ability to take PoC production with governance and reliability.
