As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding complex workflows and translating them into effective software configurations, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across various business units.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce applications to meet diverse business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce ecosystems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
