As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Einstein AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Experience in customizing and integrating Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
