Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance.
- Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, MSBI stack (SSIS, SSRS), SSMS.
- Analyze, design, and implement any new change requests in the ETL Programs, Report SSRS RDL s, and SQL Stored Procedures.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts for the BIRST reporting application (functional UI and API) using Selenium Java test automation framework based on the requirements provided.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Experience with database design and management.
- Support ETL batches/jobs as a part of L3 on-call production support activities
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
- Ability to work with various data sources and formats.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Nice to have: Python, Docker, Autosys, Selenium, C#, .NET, or JAVA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Need to work on Shift B (12:30pm till 10:00pm)
