The Senior Project Manager is part of the Network Distribution team and is responsible for network wide initiatives and projects.    This position will play a critical role in identifying and overseeing execution of all network wide initiatives and projects, driving synergies, consistency and best practices.  Collaboration with key partner groups is critical to ensure the initiatives and projects are well-planned, flawlessly executed and meet the overall objectives.  This position will provide direct support to the Region Heads, other partner group leaders as well as Network Distribution Project Managers.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement methodology to track network-wide branch space availability in support of multi-year headcount growth plans.
  • Lead development “How We Work” guidelines for branch space.
  • Refine and enhance program level reporting and tracking for all branch projects (De Novo Builds, Relocations, Renovations, Refresh).
  • Lead digital marketing screen replacement project including replacement strategy, prioritization and interim solutions.
  • Oversight of American Disabilities Act (ADA) branch projects.
  • Lead other network-wide initiatives as they arise.  Ensure consistent prioritization and standards throughout the projects.  Identify and drive best practices.
  • Ensure timely execution of all projects with minimal changes to original scope

 

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years in total; 5+ years specifically in planning and project management experience
  • 4-year college degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Presentation and interaction experience with senior executives
  • Detailed working knowledge of branch functions and banking operations
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large, complex projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentations skills; ability to cater presentation content and style to audience, including senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others to gain buy-in without positional authority
