Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering innovative software engineering solutions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience. This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully considering both the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The position demands a thoughtful balance between creativity and practicality to ensure that user interactions are seamless and engaging, contributing significantly to the product s success and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align prototype development with user experience goals and technical constraints.
- Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delphix.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design principles and prototype development techniques.
- Experience in translating complex design concepts into workable software solutions.
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility while maintaining design integrity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delphix.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
