The Investor Relations Coordinator is an Associate Manager (CL8) that will provide dedicated operational support to the Investor Relations (IR) function, with end-to-end ownership of investor contacts, meetings, conferences, events and team logistics. The role requires organization, responsiveness and judgement typically associated with supporting a senior executive office.

This position is more than an administrative role. The coordinator will establish reliable operating discipline across a high-volume and externally visible IR calendar, allowing senior IR team members to focus on investor engagement, financial analysis and strategic communications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the scheduling and coordination of investor and analyst meetings, conferences, roadshows, earnings-related sessions and other IR events.
  • Maintain accurate investor and analyst contact information, profiles, distribution lists and interaction records.
  • Coordinate complex calendars involving senior executives, institutional investors, equity analysts and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage meeting invitations, briefing-material distribution, logistics, technology requirements and follow-up actions.
  • Support planning and execution for quarterly earnings calls, investor and analyst days and the annual shareholder meeting.
  • Coordinate conference participation, including registrations, agendas, executive schedules, travel requirements and meeting materials.
  • Maintain the central IR calendar and provide visibility to upcoming deadlines, investor engagements and required deliverables.
  • Manage controlled distribution of approved investor materials and other external communications.
  • Support the timely collection, organization and version control of briefing documents and event materials.
  • Anticipate scheduling or logistical issues, resolve them proactively and escalate material risks as appropriate.
  • Handle sensitive information and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide broader operational support to the Head of Investor Relations and IR leadership team as required.

Job Requirements:

  • This role could require travel per the business needs approximately 25% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: executive support, investor relations coordination, financial services, corporate events, or executive office operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a senior executive or high-profile corporate function is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, meetings and events involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and contact or relationship-management tools.
  • Excellent written communication, organization and follow-through.
  • Experience working with investors, analysts, financial services organizations or public-company executives is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage confidential and potentially market-sensitive information appropriately.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Exceptional organization and reliability
  • Proactive planning and follow-through
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Executive-level professionalism
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Discretion and sound judgement
  • Clear stakeholder communication
  • Calm and disciplined execution under tight deadlines
