DESCRIPTION:
Join us as a Facilities Coordinator II and contribute to global science and healthcare. In this role, you'll ensure smooth operation of our facilities while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll coordinate essential facility services, maintain building systems, and create an optimal work environment for our teams. This position combines facilities management expertise with customer service excellence, requiring both technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years of facilities coordination or related experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Technical/vocational certifications in building systems or facilities management a plus
• Proficiency in managing building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors and service providers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25-50 pounds
• Available to respond to facility emergencies as needed
• Experience with shipping/receiving operations and inventory management
• Strong problem-solving skills and maintenance planning ability
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
• Physical mobility to perform building inspections and maintenance tasks
• Schedule may include evening/weekend hours
• Valid driver's license may be required
• Multilingual skills valued
