Position Overview
Capital One’s Enterprise Learning Platform and Operations team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Learning Program & Portfolio Ops Associate. In this role, you will own platform logistics in One Learn for closed session offerings across Learning & Development, manage operational intake tasks in Learning Planner, and consult enterprise learning professionals on LMS functionality optimization. Working closely with internal facilitators, external vendors, and portfolio owners, you will manage end-to-end course logistics, deliver actionable data insights, ensure well-managed operations, and identify opportunities to automate tasks and streamline processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end One Learn platform logistics for closed session offerings across L&D, including course, session, and enrollments.
Execute designated operational intake tasks within our intake platform, Learning Planner.
Consult with enterprise learning professionals on LMS capabilities, best practices, and opportunities for optimization.
Actively monitor course enrollments, waitlists, and completion trends; generate basic and recurring reporting in One Learn to guide business decisions around session capacity and availability.
Provide high-touch support to facilitators on One Learn navigation, platform capabilities, Zoom invites, basic reporting, and roster reconciliation.
Serve as a direct point of contact for learners regarding LMS navigation, course inquiries, and specific offerings.
Act as a liaison between clients and product teams, managing and escalating issues through appropriate channels to achieve timely resolution.
Maintain well-managed operational standards by thoroughly documenting processes, team responsibilities, best practices, and training resources.
Drive continuous improvement of the One Learn platform by identifying, proposing, and implementing LMS functionality optimizations.

A proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who digs into operational workflows to reduce friction, automate manual tasks, and optimize learning platforms.
A customer-focused communicator passionate about delivering exceptional, high-touch support to facilitators, learners, and cross-functional partners.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, or client-facing program logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing corporate learning logistics or LMS operations in an enterprise environment
Experience consulting on LMS functionality, learner experience, or learning gamification strategies
Experience using Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and platform reporting features
Experience with process documentation and familiarity with operational risk or well-managed frameworks

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $73,300 - $83,700 for Learning Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
