As Finance Manager, you will operate independently and cross-functionally to drive financial strategy and deliver results in a fast-moving, start-up environment. Assignments will be ambiguous and demand a highly analytical, intellectually curious leader with sharp judgment who can evaluate situations through the lens of the customer, business owner, and financial investor. You must be strategic in vision, rigorous in analysis, and proven in managing competing priorities while influencing decisions through compelling financial narratives, data-driven recommendations, and creative alternatives. This role requires regular engagement with business and finance leaders.
Key job responsibilities
● Lead finance support for new business cases including opportunity-sizing, financial modeling, scenario analysis, validating assumptions, etc.
● Partner with cross-functional teams across programs to ensure operating plans deliver strong returns on investment and sustainable, long-term growth
● Influence strategic decisions by developing analyses, frameworks, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
