Job Description

This role is responsible for providing end-to-end, consultative HR partnership to People Leaders within LinkedIn’s Global Business Organisation (GBO) across EMEA and LATAM. As a functionally aligned HR Business Partner, you will develop a deep understanding of GBO’s business, organisational context, talent priorities, and manager needs. You will combine this functional understanding with regional expertise to deliver relevant, practical, and scalable HR solutions. You will act as a consistent point of contact for People Leaders, coach managers across a broad range of people matters, and partner with GBO Functional HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, and specialist teams to provide an integrated manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end HR consultation and coaching to People Leaders within aligned GBO populations, maintaining ownership and continuity from initial consultation through resolution.

  • Partner with Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal, and specialist teams to develop coordinated and practical solutions.

  • Support GBO rhythm-of-business activities, people programmes, annual performance and talent processes, manager communications, and programme execution.

  • Analyse people data and consultation themes to identify trends, anticipate manager needs, and develop proactive and scalable solutions.

  • Provide regional and country-specific support across EMEA and LATAM, recognising when local expertise, specialist partnership, or escalation is required.

  • Champion LinkedIn’s culture and values and ensure all activities are aligned with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
