About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Salesforce is building the AI-powered future of enterprise software — and we need a world-class recruiter to help us bring in the most competitive talent market in the industry.

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team. This role will support Finance, Legal, and Real Estate hiring among other potential functional areas. In addition to sourcing, vetting, and closing quality candidates, you'll get a chance to improve upon our recruiting strategy, making sure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their on-boarding.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a variety of roles throughout Salesforce

  • Strategically partner with senior hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, define ideal candidate profiles, and influence how we compete for top talent

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing market intelligence that sharpens decision-making

  • Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates

  • Helping to develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates

  • Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles

  • Partner with other departments within HR Team to drive the recruiting process from requisition opening through to on-boarding

  • Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively

  • Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experience

  • Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives

You're Our Person If...

  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced and high volume environment

  • Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes

  • Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment

  • Experience navigating complex compensation conversations, including base, equity (RSU), sign-on, and competing offer dynamics in the tech talent market

  • Consultative, data-informed approach to recruiting — you bring market data, competitive intelligence, and candidate insights to every hiring manager interaction

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who earns trust quickly with both candidates and senior technical leaders

  • Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred) *LI-Y

Work Location: Office-Flexible/Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.

Contract Length: 6 months
