Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate seamlessly with Chiefs of Staff, Senior Leadership teams, HR, and horizontal business groups to drive organizational alignment and cultural connection.
Experience developing diversity, inclusion, and belonging communications
Proven track record of leveraging data, metrics, and associate feedback to shape communication tactics

Meticulous Yet Creative: You have an uncompromising eye for detail—nothing slips past you. At the same time, you are a creative thinker who knows how to make corporate and financial concepts visually compelling and deeply engaging for a broad audience.
Financially Astute: You possess a strong baseline understanding of the finance or commercial banking world - or are eager to learn - enabling you to translate business jargon into meaningful associate narratives.
