ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Data Management & Reporting Officer to join one of our client teams in Luxembourg.

In this role, you will contribute to data and reporting governance, data quality, regulatory compliance, and project coordination activities. You will work closely with business, data, and IT stakeholders to strengthen data management practices, reporting controls, and the quality and consistency of business data.

THE WORK:

  • Develop and maintain Business Data Lineage, documenting data origins, flows, and transformations.

  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), data definitions, metadata, governance templates, and other data-related documentation.

  • Support reporting governance and controls for critical reports developed using Tableau, Power BI, BusinessObjects, and Alteryx.

  • Document reporting processes, data sources, business logic, reconciliations, validation procedures, and control activities.

  • Coordinate project activities, workshops, requirements, risks, issues, change requests, and project documentation.

  • Collaborate with data stewards and other teams to define, implement, and monitor data quality controls and follow up on identified issues.

  • Support data migration, validation, and testing activities related to Data Warehouse and data modernization initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, versioning, and quality control of reports, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk-related metrics.

  • Support business glossary and metadata governance, ensuring clear and consistent data definitions.

  • Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and data management processes.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Reporting, or Data Quality.

  • Experience with data lineage, metadata management, reporting governance, and data quality controls.

  • Experience gathering requirements and preparing data and project documentation.

  • Experience coordinating activities across business, data, and IT stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, and/or Alteryx.

  • Experience supporting data migration, validation, testing, or Data Warehouse initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience with eFront or similar financial data management platforms.

  • Experience with risk reporting and KRIs.

  • Experience working in a regulated or financial environment.
