Work You Will Do:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Technology Support Associate to join our Local Technology Support team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT who enjoys helping people, solving technology issues, and supporting meetings and events in a professional office environment. You will serve as a front-line technology resource, assisting employees, visitors, and leadership with workplace technology, meeting room support, and basic troubleshooting. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience with collaboration technologies, audiovisual systems, and enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities:

The Local Technology Support (LTS) Canada IT Infrastructure Support Analyst reports directly to the LTS Toronto Regional Lead and has the following Provide workstation support services to personnel situated in the CDL Offices has following responsibilities:

End User Support
Provide friendly, front-line technology support to employees and office visitors.
Assist with basic computer troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Support walk-up requests through the technology support bar.
Help prepare and deploy loaner devices when required. Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when appropriate.
Meeting Room & AV Support
Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are operational and ready for use.
Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, Cisco video conferencing systems, and related technologies.
Assist meeting organizers with connecting and launching virtual meetings.
Conduct technology checks and pre-meeting testing to ensure successful meetings and events. Provide onsite support during meetings, presentations, and special events.

Workplace Technology Operations
Perform daily checks of technology equipment within the office.
Assist with digital signage updates and workplace technology initiatives.
Support technology asset maintenance and operational tracking activities.
Collaborate with Workplace and Technology teams to deliver an exceptional office experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
  • 1- 2 years demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • 1- 2 years demonstrated working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware from multiple vendors HP, Dell, etc.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service-related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience gained through school, personal projects, volunteer work, internships, or entry-level IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, video conferencing, or meeting room technology.
  • Basic troubleshooting experience is an asset but not required.

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to work overtime and varying hours as required.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance quality of work with task completion.
  • Ability and desire to build additional technical skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
