We seek an experienced OEM Sales Leader with a proven record of meeting key objectives and exceeding revenue targets in a partner-led sales model. The ideal candidate builds strong C-suite relationships, brings deep technical knowledge of the AI compute industry including NVIDIA GPU servers and networking, understands storage and security, and can lead a cross-functional sales team.
 

What you'll be doing:

  • The OEM Sales Director will lead a group passionate about growing your partner’s NVIDIA portfolio. You will accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies and align the partner’s objectives with NVIDIA’s priorities across the vertical markets we serve.

  • Lead a cross-functional team to grow the OEM business. Strengthening the partner relationships with C-suite executives, partner sales and engineering teams.

  • Develop, define, and implement go-to-market and growth strategies that achieve sales goals and business objectives.

  • Partner closely with NVIDIA Sales Account Managers and business unit teams to achieve shared goals. Supporting where needed to close large strategic opportunities.

  • Hold regular sales and marketing synchronization meetings to align with NVIDIA objectives.

  • Lead NVIDIA product roadmap update meetings.

  • Drive partner compliance with NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) requirements.

  • Work closely with NVIDIA’s Customer Program Management team to complete required partner server design qualifications.

  • Collaborate with the NVIDIA Partner Marketing Manager to develop and complete partner marketing plans.

  • Provide monthly partner product forecasts.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ overall years of OEM sales leadership experience.

  • 5+ years of team leadership experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise data center ecosystems.

  • Set performance standards, define metrics, and advance partner practice development.

  • Deep understanding of SMCI business models.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 296,000 USD - 448,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
