Director, Product Management, Customer Acquisition and Engagement

Overview

• Mastercard Loyalty Solution is a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services to financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region. Previously known as Pinpoint, with the Headquarters in Sydney, is Australia’s leading rewards program manager, and as officially acquired by Mastercard Group and rebranded to Mastercard Loyalty Solutions, we are equipped with stronger penetration into the industry of financial institutions and a growing footprint across the region into key markets such as China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and Japan.


Role
• Develop and manage the rewards platform product for local issuers
• Work with global rewards product team on product design, development and implementation through global rewards platform
• Become the expert on best practice loyalty and continue to seek out new methods, business models, marketing tactics and technologies to keep at the forefront of the industry.
• Make continual recommendations to the business model, ensuring it is relevant and responsive to the Greater China marketplace.
• Achievement of budget & program KPI’s/ goals including driving sales and managing margins.

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Extensive experience in rewards/payment industry
• Good communication skills
• High energy level and goal oriented
• Proven project management skills and attention to detail
