About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Digital Product & Transformation Expert - Total Workforce Management is a global individual contributor role responsible for supporting the strategy, transformation, governance, and evolution of digital solutions across the Total Workforce Management product line.

This role plays a key part in driving cross-product initiatives, managing business demand, and ensuring alignment across a portfolio that includes contingent workforce management, organizational design, workforce planning, and people analytics solutions. Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will assess priorities, manage demand intake, support roadmap planning, and facilitate successful execution across multiple products and initiatives.

Acting as a bridge between business needs and digital execution, you will translate strategic objectives into scalable, value-driven solutions while ensuring consistency, governance, and prioritization across the Total Workforce Management portfolio. You will contribute to portfolio planning, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration, helping maximize the value delivered by our digital products and services.

As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with P&C as the primary stakeholder, while collaborating with Digital, People Services, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to support enterprise-wide workforce initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, product thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, global, and agile environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the management and coordination of demand across the Total Workforce Management product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives

  • Drive and coordinate cross-product initiatives involving multiple platforms, stakeholders, and business functions

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess, challenge, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable product and delivery plans

  • Support Digital Product Owners in roadmap planning, demand management, backlog governance, and prioritization activities across the Total Workforce Management product line

  • Facilitate demand intake, impact assessment, and prioritization processes to ensure optimal allocation of resources and delivery focus

  • Act as a functional and digital expert for Total Workforce Management solutions, with a strong focus on contingent workforce management, organizational design, workforce planning, and people analytics

  • Facilitate alignment across P&C, Digital, Procurement, Finance, People Services, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives

  • Contribute to product backlog management, refinement, and prioritization using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA

  • Perform functional and technical assessments of platforms, tools, and vendors to support strategic and operational decisions

  • Contribute to the administration and functional configuration of analytics platforms supporting Total Workforce and HR insights

  • Support integration and alignment between HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, VMS solutions, and analytics tools

  • Prepare and present portfolio insights, demand metrics, priorities, and delivery updates to support governance and decision-making across the product line

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor solution adoption, performance, and quality, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement

  • Champion a customer-centric and value-driven approach, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in HR digital, product management, demand management, portfolio management, digital transformation, or functional roles within People or HR organizations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree in Digital Transformation is a plus

  • Strong understanding of Total Workforce Management, including contingent workforce and external labor processes

  • Hands-on experience with VMS, HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and analytics tools from a technical, functional, or administrative perspective (e.g., Visier)

  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders and using tools such as JIRA. Agile certifications are a plus

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities

  • Strong product mindset with the ability to connect business strategy, customer needs, and digital execution

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, portfolio governance, business demand management, or transformation programs is highly valued

  • Comfortable working with complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities in a global environment

  • Fluent in English

The salary range for this position is :€43.600,00 - €65.400,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
