Job Description

The role holder will support the development and execution of category and sourcing activities aligned with regional Services Category strategies and plans. This includes helping manage spend and suppliers effectively while supporting Visa’s strategic business goals.

Working with cross-category teams, the role holder will help shape the Services category by applying leading practices, supporting business needs, and taking ownership of commercial sourcing projects and related activities.

  • Professional Services
  • Legal Services
  • Corporate Services (FM & Property)
  • People Services (all HR related services)
  • Consulting & Analytics

The role offers broad exposure to Services stakeholders and sourcing peers, with opportunities to improve ways of working, deliver efficiencies, and create financial and business value.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand business drivers and align sourcing activity with Visa’s strategy, CEMEA Sourcing priorities, and functional objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of internal financial and operational procedures to navigate sourcing processes effectively.
  • Support development and execute category strategies for Services categories.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand requirements and support business outcomes.
  • Plan and prioritize RFx activity to deliver key opportunities across business need, savings, and risk mitigation.
  • Build and manage sourcing pipeline plans for new requirements and renewals.
  • Support a business-partnering approach with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge across the wider Sourcing team.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • CIPS or CPSM qualification preferred.
  • 8+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, including 4-5 years in indirect or non-IT procurement.
  • 3+ years of strong experience in Professional Services and HR/People Services sourcing.
  • Experience using spend analytics and related tools to support sourcing decisions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of RFx/tender processes, preferably through Ariba.
  • Working knowledge of Ariba, Source-to-Contract, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and delivery-focused, with a strong track record of execution.
