What You'll Do
As Office Manager & Business Coordinator, you'll be a key member of Mastercard's Germany team and play an important role in ensuring both our people and our business can operate at their best.
You will:
Support Business Growth
• Work closely with our Account Management team on customer initiatives, business reviews, presentations, and strategic projects
• Help coordinate activities involving multiple teams and stakeholders across Mastercard
• Support reporting, analyses, business updates, and customer meeting preparations
• Track actions, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Gain insight into how Mastercard manages customer relationships and drives business growth
Drive Operational Excellence
• Take ownership of key office operations and help create an outstanding workplace experience
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, workplace services, and facility-related activities
• Support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and business administration processes
• Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, employee experience, and workplace services
Lead Workplace & Health & Safety Activities
• Act as Health & Safety Lead for our Frankfurt office
• Help create a safe, compliant, and welcoming workplace environment
• Partner with colleagues across Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Facilities
• Coordinate training, communications, and business continuity activities

Experience in administration, office management, project coordination, hospitality, student organizations, internships, or similar activities is beneficial, but not essential.
