Summary

The Applications team is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Operations Program Manager to serve as the backbone for a high-stakes, cross-functional program spanning AIML, Siri, Apps, and Legal. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives when program parameters, legal constraints, and strategic priorities shift rapidly.

Description

In this role, you will serve as the central operational backbone—wrangling timelines, leading executive reviews, and ensuring seamless content access for AI models. You will orchestrate program operations, from establishing governance frameworks and tracking negotiation pipelines to coordinating Business and partner team support. You have a natural inclination to take accountability for end-to-end delivery, proactively surface silent risks, and drive decisions across matrixed leadership. A successful Program Manager has exceptional interpersonal skills with the finesse to challenge assumptions, resolve cross-team friction, and rally teams behind unified program goals.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain program frameworks, standard operating procedures, and tracking systems across a global, multi-organization program
Drive real-time status reporting to monitor program health, legal compliance, contract execution milestones, and overall program and launch readiness
Anticipate business and legal roadblocks in product delivery, content rights validation, and model integration, then unblock teams before issues escalate
Partner closely with the Business lead to track outreach statuses, regional nuances, and negotiation stages, ensuring full visibility across all business workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints to resolve legal redlines, payment workflow blockers, and localization issues quickly
Lead executive meeting preparation by curating agendas, synthesizing weekly progress reports, facilitating briefings, and developing executive-ready presentation decks
Facilitate recurring syncs, working group meetings, and business reviews across AIML, Siri, Apps, Legal, and other partner organizations
Drive action items, follow-through, and accountability across all participating teams and leadership layers

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Planning, or Program Management, with a clear track record of increasing operational responsibility
Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios with intricate delivery schedules and cross-team dependencies spanning global time zones and locales
Proven experience translating nuanced legal and business considerations into actionable requirements that engineering and product teams can execute against
Track record of orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams with divergent goals toward unified program outcomes
Proficiency with modern productivity and AI tools, including demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to create workflow efficiencies and reduce manual overhead
Strong comfort in executive stakeholder communication, including developing briefing materials, presentation decks, and synthesized status reports for senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a comparable operations or program management capacity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial operations, AI and search environments, or business development contexts
Outstanding organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into clear narratives for leadership
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with internal cross-functional teams
Solid track record of driving multiple concurrent, high-complexity cross-functional projects to completion under tight timelines
Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership when resolving blockers, with the resilience to stay the course on broader business priorities
Executive presence and comfort presenting to senior and executive leadership in high-pressure settings
Comfort with metrics, operational reporting, and the full software product lifecycle from concept through launch
Ability to anticipate downstream problems, brainstorm solutions quickly, and resolve cross-team friction without losing sight of strategic objectives
