Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to support end-to-end environment management, batch operations, testing, and implementation delivery across client programs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and Client teams, helping ensure environments are ready, batch processes operate effectively, and key implementation milestones are successfully delivered.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys coordinating complex activities, managing dependencies, solving operational challenges, and driving successful testing, conversion, and go-live outcomes.

What you will be responsible for:

Environment Management

  • Support environment planning, setup, configuration, and readiness activities.
  • Coordinate environment support for testing, conversion, and implementation milestones.
  • Maintain environment inventories, dependencies, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with reference data setup, onboarding, and configuration activities.

Batch Operations

  • Support batch scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Technology and Operations teams to ensure successful batch processing.

Testing & Conversion Support

  • Support testing cycles, conversion events, and production readiness activities.
  • Assist with data readiness planning and implementation execution.
  • Track issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and Client teams.
