Analytics and Modeling Specialist

Role Summary Drive reporting and measurement across our Quality Analytics & Reporting charter. Gather, analyze, and publish insights from operational, financial, and organizational datasets; own weekly/monthly KPI cadences; and partner with risk/quality leads to turn data into actionable decisions. Key Responsibilities Own end to end reporting cycles (weekly/monthly), including KPI definition, trend analysis, and executive-ready insights for quality programs. Partner with risk/quality stakeholders in markets to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards and analytical deliverables. Perform data ETL from enterprise data lakes; profile data to detect anomalies; ensure accuracy and timeliness of published metrics. Design and maintain dashboards/visualizations (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) and publish narrative summaries for leadership. Steward operational datasets (e.g., org change trackers) that feed reporting cycles; coordinate updates with team huddles. Lead/coordinate reporting connects to review status, risks, and actions. Identify process-improvement opportunities from analytics work; propose automation/quality enhancements. Must Have Skills Advanced data visualization and dashboarding using Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Excel. Strong SQL for ETL and data lake extractions; proficiency in data profiling/quality checks. Ability to synthesize quantitative insights into clear narratives/business recommendations. Nice to Have / Preferred Python for analysis/automation; code optimization for reporting workflows. Copilot/GenAI literacy for EDA, summarization, and prompt driven content creation; familiarity with Agentic AI use cases in analytics. Ways of Working Regular participation in team huddles and reporting connects; cadence ownership for Quality updates. Cross functional collaboration with quality/risk leads; disciplined documentation of reports and assumptions.
