Job Description

We are looking for an Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within the Singapore Mid-Market sector. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our suite of Talent solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth.
Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
External (Customer‑Facing) Activities
- Researches the Customer’s business and prepares thoughtful questions and insights ahead of meetings.
- Asks layered, open‑ended questions to uncover and clarify Customer objectives and challenges beyond surface‑level details.
- Builds strong relationships with multiple stakeholders—both vertically and horizontally—across the Customer’s organization.
- Adapts communication style and content to suit different stakeholder needs.
- Leads with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to Customer objectives.
- Drives customer decision‑making by creating a shared vision and proactively considering value propositions that resonate across all stakeholders.
- Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or to address and overcome customer objections.
- Proactively mitigates churn risk with a thoughtful, customer‑centric approach.
- Engages customers consistently to confirm, clarify, and reinforce value; adjusts strategies to optimize ROI when necessary.

Internal (Team / Operational) Activities
- Thinks commercially and applies strong business acumen when crafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Applies business acumen in Account Planning, considering economic, industry, and company factors through a customer‑centric lens.
- Maps all key stakeholders within an account to assess relationship strength and develop an effective outreach strategy.
- Aligns with colleagues and cross‑functional teams through shared accountability for customer success.
- Demonstrates humility and seeks help from colleagues when facing challenges or unfamiliar situations.
- Maintains discipline in Territory Planning, Account Planning, Forecasting, and Quota attainment.
- Follows best practices in using CRM and other Sales tools to effectively manage Sales and Buyer cycles.
