负责辖区内公司产品在临床的宣传和学术推广工作，执行公司的产品策略及学术推广活动，并达成公司的绩效目标。

 

业务计划与执行：

ž 分析并明确市场潜力，重点客户及对应品牌策略，制定相应的业务计划，最大程度地开发辖区机会，确保患者可及，达成业务目标；

ž 及时主动洞察辖区市场状态，依据市场现状适当调整业务计划，并提出反馈建议。

客户管理：

ž 根据品牌策略完成客户画像分析（Profiling），结合绩效目标确定目标客户，维护CRM，确保信息真实、准确、完整；

ž 制定并实施拜访计划，准确传递疾病知识、指南更新、临床证据和产品价值，识别客户学术需求并建立长期可信赖合作关系；

学术推广：

ž 保持成长心态，主动学习专业知识；独立组织开展医院会，就疾病知识、临床证据和产品价值进行清晰、准确、合规的讲解并答疑，执行辖区内公司认可的学术交流，配合跨部门团队推动/执行重点项目落地；

合作：

ž 与团队成员，跨TA，跨部门（市场、医学、准入等）同事协作，共享客户洞察、业务机会和执行反馈

合规：

ž 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，保护客户信息、公司商业信息及患者隐私，以诚信、专业的方式代表公司形象。

（教育背景）

· 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历

hao（行业经验）

· 2年及以上医药学术推广经验

· 1年及以上相关领域领域经验，或者2年及以上特药领域经验

· 准入相关：有成功准入三甲医院或专科医院的经验

（能力要求）

· 具备学术敏捷性/客户思维/团队合作能力/数字敏捷性

· 具备英文读写能力
