As a Real Estate Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the smooth operational execution of our real estate portfolio while advancing our mission to make a meaningful impact along the patient journey. Positioned at the intersection of transaction support and strategic operations, you will manage end-to-end deal lifecycles, maintain critical compliance standards, and keep complex cross-functional initiatives on track. Working closely with the Real Estate Strategy (RES) team, internal leaders, and external partners, you will bring exceptional organizational precision, emotional intelligence, and proactive problem-solving to a dynamic, collaborative environment where every milestone directly fuels our broader strategic goals.

The Opportunity

  • Transaction Lifecycle Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing by facilitating due diligence, supporting closing documentation, and contributing to detailed lease reviews.

  • Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Align internal teams (Legal, Finance, Site Operations, Design & Construction) and external partners (brokers, landlords, tenants) to ensure key transaction timelines and milestones are met efficiently.

  • Portfolio & Data Management: Maintain comprehensive portfolio records and trackers to ensure full visibility into key dates, including renewals, expirations, data entry, and day-to-day administrative operations.

  • Lease Compliance & Governance: Monitor critical lease documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with property disclosures, insurance requirements, move-out conditions, and governance standards.

  • Financial Workflow Processing: Review and approve purchase orders and compile key reports and financial files to process rent and property-related payments.

  • Property & Facilities Alignment: Support internal coordination for various property management workflows, project agreements, and site operations needs.

  • Process Optimization: Identify operational friction points within matrixed team structures to continuously improve administrative, transaction, and tracking workflows.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in corporate real estate, commercial finance, or legal operations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of managing processes and building strong, trusting relationships across cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Project Management & Technical Skills: Demonstrated project management expertise with high organizational precision, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, and familiarity with real estate management software (e.g., Lease Harbor, MyBuy).

  • Work Arrangement: Ability to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.
