Key job responsibilities
● Management and oversight of a team of pharmacists and/or technicians
● Coordinate with Operations Managers to provide clinical guidance to process and project changes in coordination with the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
● Manage and develop quality improvement measures, including identifying customer issues and implementing process improvement solutions. Answer questions, provide guidance where necessary surrounding department processes
● Work directly with Operations Managers, Compliance team, and Regulatory Operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance standards in daily operations. Monitor and manage daily operational metrics, making real-time decisions on workflow adjustments and resource allocation to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
● Responsible for the training and development of the team
● Create and manage rotational job assignments and coordinate daily/weekly scheduling to ensure optimal pharmacy team coverage and workflow efficiency
● Investigate quality errors and facilitate proper resolution, reporting, and coaching as necessary
● Collaborate with HR and department leadership team to coach team members accordingly for performance, quality, and attendance concerns when appropriate including proper documentation.
● Work hands-on in production environment to complete operational tasks and escalations that require leadership.
● Ensure timecard accuracy for team prior to payroll being completed
● Preform other duties as assigned by manager

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
