Procurement Operations Processor

Nos encontramos en la úsqueda de un Auxiliar de Procurement Operations con alta orientación al detalle, responsable de gestionar y dar seguimiento a procesos de viajes, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas, SLA y controles establecidos. Con capacidad analítica, enfoque en mejora continua y habilidad para identificar oportunidades de optimización mediante herramientas digitales y automatización. Preferiblemente con experiencia en:

Gestión de órdenes de compra (PO).

Soporte a proveedores.

Gestión de viajes (Travel).

Validación de documentación.

Revisión de contratos y anexos.

Seguimiento de solicitudes.

Control y cumplimiento de políticas.

Reportes y análisis operativos.

Conciliaciones.
